Overview of the Assistant Controller role:
- This Bookkeeper will report to the VP of Finance
- Responsible for AP functions such as processing checks weekly, expenses, rent, raw material vendors
- Responsible for AR functions such as processing cash balances, ACH wires, check scanner, remittance
- Bank Reconciliation
Preferred Qualifications for the Assistant Controller:
- 2-3 years of Bookkeeping experience
- AP/AR
- Bank reconciliation
- Knowledge in Excel (pivot tables)
