The Role
As the Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for day-to-day admin activities within the Finance team. You will support the Management Accountant with month-end processes.
Duties
* Reconcile Subscription General Ledger accounts.
* Provide support and query resolution for staff via the internal Staff Helpline.
* Process Membership Bank Account dishonours.
* Run Membership Month End ensuring all tasks are completed.
* Process Monthly Reconciliations from Month End reports.
Skills & Experience
· Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills to ensure complete and effective communication.
· Proven problem-solving skills together with strong planning and organisational skills.
· Able to prioritise work and ensure work is completed to deadline.
· Ability to maintain a high professional standard at all times.
· Ability to work well under pressure.
