Join our Liquidity Reporting team and take responsibility for implementing regulatory changes and help improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the process. As part of a dynamic and inclusive team you'll work closely with various stakeholders in understanding and implementing the new regulatory requirements, as well as ensuring delivery of regulatory compliance and other reporting obligations.
As an Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for keeping up to date with ongoing regulatory changes impacting liquidity reporting and bring an understanding of the rules, interpretations, and assumptions around regulatory requirements in liquidity regulatory reporting. You'll also be responsible for reviewing the ongoing regulatory developments, assist with interpreting and communicating changes to regulatory requirements, bring an understanding of operational risks and ensure controls meet internal risk management policies.
To be successful in this role, you'll have a professional accounting qualification, such as M.Com. MBA Finance, CA or CPA with 4 to 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience. You'll have strong numerical and abstract reasoning skills with an ability to manage senior stakeholders' expectations and provide timely updates on issues/escalations. You'll have the ability to anticipate and identify potential problems and demonstrate a proven track record in solving complex and ambiguous issues. Knowledge of Power BI and Alteryx would be an added advantage.
