Job Description :

Position: Accounts Receivable Co-ordinator (Project Setup Team)
Duties & Responsibilities
Experience in Project\Contract Set up and Maintenance
  • Creation of Projects\Contracts for Revenue Generating Entity
  • Know some of Revenue Recognition Methods including
    • Time & Material,
    • Percentage of Completion,
    • Fixed Fee,
    • Volume based and etc.
  • Creating and Maintaining project code set up and link them to contract, as requested by Project manager,
  • Reaching out to appropriate stakeholders to provide end to end project transfers
  • The configuration of System Attributes (rate plan etc) aligning projects and tasks throughout the life cycle of the project
  • Understanding of various close systems under Compliance with Operational, Revenue and Financial Close outs.
  • Leveraging reporting tools to review various aspects of Project\Contracts set up
  • Monitoring User Support Mailbox while answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Communication thru proper channel to maintain Compliance
  • Maintain Activity, Sub Activity and other project related requirements\attributes
  • Assignment of employees to project or project activities to maintain Time Entry Analysis and Compliance.
  • To open and close the project basis stake holder requests and compliance basis end to end reconciliations
  • Communication with Project Managers for inputs and various aspects.
  • Understanding of project costing reports
Qualifications

Candidate Attributes\Essentials:
  • Good to have experience of using PeopleSoft / Oracle R12 ERP system,
  • Good to have experience navigating with Oracle R12 project costing module,
  • Must be a Quick Learner, Adaptable, Flexible basis business requirements and reliable
  • Experience of working in a multi-currency environment
  • Strong Oral and Written Communication skills while working with colleagues/clients in other countries
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Desirable:
  • Minimum of 1-2Years of experience in any O2C process.Project setup / Contract setup experience is preferred
  • Strong Excel skills - at least intermediate level
