Management Accountant

Management Accountant job in Mid-Kent for a 6 month FTC. Ideally qualified with recent hands on experience

Your new company
Working for an established organisation based in the Mid-Kent area but due to location you will need access to your own transport. The Management Accountant job has become available due to movements within the organisation. This role is for a 6 month FTC and fully office based, working 7.5 hours a day. You will be required to start ASAP.

Your new role
You will assist in the preparation of the monthly management accounts and Variance Analysis. You will be responsible for the develop improvements in processes and reporting. You will aid in the capture and present information to the business to improve understanding and aid decision making. You will be responsible for the cashflow forecasting, the preparation of the annual Budget and provide assistance to the Financial Controller.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced finance professional who is qualified in either CIMA/ACCA/ACA. You will have recent and upto date experience in Management Accounting within a hands on environment. You will have excellent communication skills and able to deliver information to colleagues at all levels. You will have excellent IT skills especially in Excel including pivot tables and vlookups as a minimum. You will be able to start at short notice and commit to the full contract term of 6 months.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £40k - £45k DOE pro-rata to 6 months.
