True Value Company, a global wholesaler serving retail locations in 60 countries, has an immediate need for a Sr. Accounts Payable Coordinator.
You will provide high touch vendor support to True Value vendors with all Stock and Direct Ship (DS) invoice related matters.

Position Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (in order of importance):
- Maintain and coordinate all incoming vendor support emails to shared AP email box requesting information regarding, payment status, e shorts payments and etc.
- Establish working relationships with vendors in order to help resolve vendor issues. Common examples include: price/quantity discrepancies, payments and other issues
- Training sessions with vendors to educate how to research payments, short payments and invoice processing through our vendor website and Oracle.
- Establish working relationships with different areas within the organization: take a proactive approach in resolving vendor concerns with other True Value departments (Accounting, International, Merchandising, etc.)
- Provide back-up for team members during high volume work periods, out of office requirements and month end.
Position Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of related experience required
- Strong customer service skills required
- Experience using Oracle is desired
