Dutch Speaking Invoice Processor required to work for a leading business based in Birchwood Warrington. Following an increased demand for the clients services, they are keen to recruit a permanent Dutch Speaking Accounts Payable Clerk. The role involves high volume invoice processing and will be working within a large team of 35. You must be able to speak and read / write fluently in Dutch and English for this role! The ideal person will have previously processed volume invoices and hold excellent attention to detail and be highly accurate when processing data. A knowledge of SAP would be ideal, however is not essential, as training can be offered. Remote working is offered, however 1 day minimum per week will be required to work from the offices in Birchwood!

What will you be doing as a Dutch Speaking Invoice Processor / Accounts Payable Clerk?

• Processing high volumes of invoices into SAP

• Managing between 300 - 500 client accounts, end to end

• Investigating and resolving invoice queries to the clients satisfaction, in a timely manner

• Ensuring any missing or overdue payments are resolved

• Managing any queries from clients

• Producing reports using Excel Spreadsheets

• Working towards targets

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

• You must be able to speak and read / write fluently in Dutch and English for this role!
• You have previous experience processing volume invoices

• You have worked within an Accounts Payable environment previously

• Youll be organised, a good problem solver with a keen eye for detail

• You must have excellent communication skills

• Ideally you will have experience using SAP, however this is not essential

• Youll need a strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel

• Your previous role may be an Invoice Processor / Accounts Payable Clerk / Purchase Ledger

• 40 hours per week

• Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, to be worked between 7:30am-6pm
