Procurement Operations Associate

What you will do:

• Deliver operations on the highest level and within agreed timelines and quality targets
• Handle client queries on Purchase Orders status, Vendor Management
• Creation of Purchase Orders Active participation in calls with different shareholders
• Verify correctness of the posted entries
• Prepare reports according to process documentation and within agreed timelines
• Analyze aged on hold items and establish strategy of their closing
• Handle various requests for information and actions in timely and professional manner
• Maintain permanent contact with the client via e mail
• Build process and accounting expertise
• Conduct knowledge transfer activities and training of newly hired employees
• Actively take part in initiatives focused on improvement of the efficiency of the existing processes.

What we expect from you: 

• Very good command of Hungarian and English (B2)
• Experience in Accounts Payable Team will be an advantage
• MS Office skills
• Flexibility and team work skills
• Very strong ownership and responsibility for the assigned activities
• Ability to work analytically in a problem solving environment
• Positive and target oriented approach
• Eagerness to develop knowledge and skills in the areas of accounting and process management
