Are you an experienced Audit and Accounts Manager looking to work on a varied and complex portfolio close to home? Are you experienced in managing a team and keen to have more client involvement?

Our client, a top 80 practice located in Chelmsford, are looking for an Audit and Accounts Manager to join their dynamic team. The workload in this department can range from 100% Audit to 40% Audit & 60% Accounts/Tax.

With a broad range of client sectors and technical challenges along the way, this firm offers scope for steady progression within the accounting industry. This well-established firm offers a consultancy approach to accounting, and therefore are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients.

To be successful in this role you must:

• Be ACA/ACCA qualified


• Have at least 4 years PQE within a UK accountancy practice


• Demonstrate client-facing skills from previous roles


• Have excellent communication skills
