Responsible for cashbook function, including: Bank reconciliations, following up and clearing of reconciling items, daily cash management and other ad hoc payments.

- Effective Cash Book capturing, Capturing of relevant cash book accounts, Capturing of receipts on debtors management system, Filing of banks statements and payment packs.
- Loading and checking of payments
- Reconciliations
- Age analysis maintenance
- Balancing of loan accounts
- Liase with banks
- All other adhoc
Requirements
- Diploma in Bookkeeping
- 1 Years experience in bookkeeping
- System knowledge of Pastel is a must
- Know of Financial statements
- Clear ITC Checks.
