A small family owned Property Investment Manager Company in the Southern Suburbs is seeking a mature / older Accountant to join their small team. The potential candidate should meet the following requirements:
Grade 12
Some Form of Tertiary Accounting Qualification
Experience with things like: COCT Accounts, Body Corporates, Recoveries from Tenants, Repairs & Maintenance, Rent Rolls, Tax (offshore / intercompany accounts) and Personal Family Accounts
Willingness to assist with all duties around the Office
Willingness to fit into a small team with more mature individuals
Owners needs an individual who can provide financial support, advice and improvements.
