Responsibilities
  • Manage the EPC project general ledger, budget, cost control on a day to day basis
  • Perform project month end for the finance manager to review
  • Support the monthly delivery of project internal and external management report/dashboard and analysis • Ensure timely completion of various month end deliverables
  • Working closely with project managers to ensure budget and forecasting activities are completed timely and analysed
  • Assist the finance manager on providing financial insights on project performance to assist Senior Management in decision making
  • Assist the finance controller to provide analysis and commentary to monthly results
  • Ensure revenue is recognised in accordance with company policy and accounting standards
  • Have reasonable understanding in GST and Income Tax Skills
  • Support Finance team to manage bank guarantee facilities.

Qualifications
  • Accounting Degree and qualified CPA / CA preferred
  • 5 years experience in an accounting role
  • Intellectually capable, can substantiate the ability to apply theory in a particular context
  • Professional demeanour, interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience working with construction or project development industry preferred
