People2People are partnering with a rapidly growing and successful organisation within the construction and mining sector. Based in the inner-city suburbs of Brisbane, this diverse role is looking for a hands-on, dynamic and driven individual to contribute to their high-performing team.

Reporting to the Finance manager, the key responsibilities of the role include:
  • Accurate processing of customer invoices
  • End to end Accounts Receivable
  • Active debt collection
  • Company credit card processing
  • Assisting with Accounts Payable processes
  • Assisting with Timesheet Management
  • Mainrenance of accounts related documentation
  • General admin support

The successful candidate will be:
  • A motivated self-starter and a keen learner
  • Demonstrated experience with high volume data entry and AR
  • Have strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and a critical thinker
  • Embrace a collaborative team envrionment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstated working knowledge with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with MYOB is highly desirable
