The Role

The position will appeal to an ambitious experienced professional looking to grow into a potential management role. As an experienced Accountant you will be responsible for managing and supporting a diverse portfolio of clients as well as reporting into the manager with regular contact with clients and the partner.

The Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing relationships with a broad client base
• Prepare management accounting reports for review, including commentary for key stakeholders
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with regulatory, accounting & financial reporting standards
• Supervise & review the work of junior staff on required projects
• Manage tax planning & tax returns for clients
• Advise clients in relation to business operations & regulatory matter

The Applicant

• A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
• A university degree in Accounting, Commerce or equivalent
• CA or CPA qualification or in the process of attaining
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Proven history in providing quality service and building lasting relationships with stakeholders
