Fantastic Finance Assistant permanent opportunity for someone looking to secure a long term position.

Your new company
Hays are delighted to be exclusively partnered with a leading and recognised business operating out of West Lothian who are known both locally and nationally for their services. Due to a change in team structure, the requirement for a permanent Finance Assistant has become available.

Your new role
In your new role, you will be directly reporting in the Managing Director and support the company in day to day finance operations. You will be solely responsible for the weekly payroll, purchase invoice processing, monthly payment runs, liaising with suppliers and providing accurate accounts using Sage Accounting. You will be a positive asset to the wider finance function and confidently able to communicate financial information to key internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this process, you will have a desire to work in an established company with key processes and procedures in place. You will demonstrate a commendable finance career to date including knowledge of payroll, purchase ledger and supplier payment management. You will be experienced in using Sage Accounting and be willing to transfer your accounts software knowledge into a newer package that may be implemented in the near future. You will be looking for a long term career move that is within your local area, West Lothian, and open to growing with the business.
