We are currently assisting our client in their search for an Accounts Payable Specialist to add to their team as they are experiencing significant growth.

- Maintain and balance all AP Accounts
- Schedule AP payments
- Process credit card reconciliation
- Assist in preparing 1099 reports as well as others
- Review cash and credit card expense reports
- Prepare month end reports
What you'll need to be considered (requirements):
- 2+ years of full cycle accounts payable processing experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail, goal oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
