Bid Manager required at the Centurion Head Office of a national concern. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality bid proposals and submission by refining and enhancing the company bid strategy on a continuous basis.
Minimum Requirements

* National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales/Business Development/Marketing or related
* 5+ year's relevant experience
* Valid Driver's License
Duties will include but not be limited to

* Manage day-to-day bid process activities from the initial stage to submission, ensuring quality submission which meet the client brief and outcomes specified in the RFP / client document.
* Develop and manage the bid process plan towards effectively responding to RFIs, RFQs and RFPs.
* Analyse tender documents and research specific client in order to develop targeted proposals.
* Facilitate the writing of comprehensive responses to RFIs, RFQs and RFPs in order to produce market leading proposals by reviewing applicable internal literately and company collateral relevant to the requirement. Edit, check and update bid library as literate is refined for specific services and operations.
* Liaise with support services such as Finance, HR and Supply Chain to ensure integrity of information required for bid proposals.
* Ensure that all documents are submitted strictly within the specific deadlines.
* Provide a comprehensive sales and marketing report on a monthly and quarterly basis i.e. Target Lead Lists; Proposal and Bid Lists and Competitor Lists.
