How to contribute to our vision

As the Business Analyst in our Demand Management team, you will be preparing weekly and monthly reports for management, while you alsomanageand develop Power BI dashboards.You will communicate yourreportedfigures toourinternal stakeholders and will present yourfigures to our suppliers.

Your ExcelVBAskills areexcellentso you can easily prepareand develop various Excel tools forfurtheranalysis and planning, and thereby performvarious business performance analyses and root causeanalyses.The scope includesanalysis and KPIreportingoftower production,rawmaterial deliveries and tier 2 supplier performance.

In more detail, your tasks will consist of:

• 
  Analyse, control,and report on relevant KPIs(e.g.,production reliability, delivery capability, on-time delivery ofraw materials),in order to detect process weaknesses and to start process improvements.
• 
  Managing and developing Power BI dashboardsfor various business needs.Knowledge of relational databases is a plus.
• 
  Managing existingand developingnewExcel toolswith VBAforfurtheranalysis,planningand work optimization.
• 
  Communicatingtosuppliers their performance figures. As well as, consolidatingall ofour suppliers' figures and presenting it to management.
• 
  Performing various business analysisand presentingthebusiness casestovariousstakeholders.

• 
  Facilitating meetings on the towerproject timelines,planning their timelineswithafollow up ondifferentdeadlines

Lastly, you will also have to maintain a network and cooperates with all involved stakeholder in the respective processes.

What you need to make a difference

You havejust graduated witha university degree inBusiness administration, supply chain management, ITor similar,orhave afew years ofwork experience.You have experience withPowerBI, KPIreportingand ExcelVBA.

You are detail oriented, analytical,and proactive with proven ability to meet deadlines. You have strong organizational skills and work well under pressure while possessing the ability to manage people and time efficiently and prioritize effectively.

You thrive in a dynamic and international environment and you have good cooperation and communication skills. You proactively engage in knowledge sharing and support communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Finally, you have excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
