Key responsibilities

a) Prepare Financial reports for senior management
b) Analytical & Problem-Solving ability for trouble shooting
c) Highlight and quantify risks and opportunities which will help focus their attention and drive appropriate actions aimed at improving KPI performance
d) Perform forecast controlling tasks in One Stream as per the global period end time table. Templates maintenance and update, system technical controlling, input data controlling and following up, forecast sign off summary
e) Monthly reporting analysis: periodic actual vs target, QTD actual vs forecast, Periodic actual vs forecast
f) Reduce complexity and reduce waste in the current reporting landscape with APMT
g) Clearly understand business needs and development reporting requests.
h) Data gathering / management, analysis & reporting for APMT. Help convert raw data to usable and manageable information
i) Submit timely and accurate deliverables. Manage issues, exhaust all possible fix and escalate to appropriate desks for resolutions of issues
j) Provide independent and accurate business performance reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, including the development of the structure, content and presentation
k) Work closely and collaboratively with the business to provide insight into current performance, provide early indications of deviation from target

We are looking for

a) MBA (Finance) with 5-6 years of reporting and accounting experience.
b) Strong MS Excel skills (v-lookup, Pivots, Complex formulae) and MS PowerPoint
c) Strong foundation from prior experience with consolidation systems
d) Excellent communication skills (English) - Fluent Oral & Written
e) Analytical & Problem-Solving ability for trouble shooting
f) Prior experience in a captive unit
g) Prior experience in HFM/ OneStream systems and ThinkCell tool will be an added advantage
