The role of the Accounts Payable involves providing financial, administrative and clerical support to the organisation. Their role is to complete payments and control expenses by preparing payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.

Whats the role?

You will be responsible for:

· Sage Experience of some kind

· Purchase orders

· Supplier Invoices processing against POs

· Assemble, review and verify invoices and check requests

· Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices

· Query Resolution

· Set invoices up for payment

· Enter and upload invoices into system

· Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records

· Reconcile accounts payable transactions

· Prepare analysis of accounts

· Maintain Vendor files

· Correspond with Vendors and respond to queries

· Supplier Credits

· Pricing

· Supplier Engagement

· Payment Preparation

· Monthly Reconciliations

· Maintain accurate historical records
