Accountant

Assist in the preparation of monthly statements, ability to play a key role in the monthly close.
Prepare and verify daily Cash Book and Bank Reconciliation Statement.
Control of the payment subject to withholding tax and therefore is required to deduct and remit taxes withheld to the government.
Update accounting database for daily financial transactions.
Maintain a backup for all the financial data
Maintain integrity and accuracy in financial transactions and reports
Liaise with banks to address any account issues and queries
Maintain security and confidentiality of financial records.
Develop professional knowledge on cash management processes and techniques.
Prepare journal entries and accruals for monthly close
Maintain filing and documentation for Tax Record
Work as a team with other accounting staff in standardizing practices and procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

Master's Degree in Accounting
At least 2 year of Accounts and Sale Tax experience in any firm.
Necessary knowledge of MS Office and prepaid accounts software is required.
A pleasant, confident telephone manner
Reliability and honesty.
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Demonstrated skills and experience in managing the pursuit of goals through collaboration and teamwork
