£20-24,500 starting salary

This is a very exciting role! Working for an amazing Swansea business with international reach, you will be part of a small but highly effective finance team. Reporting to the Group Accountant, a significant part of your role will be Accounts Payable and Receivable combined with Cashflow and VAT returns; so you will need to have a robust and thorough grasp of the commercial implication of the in-comings and outgoings. Most importantly, it will give the successful candidate the opportunity to really contribute to the reporting and forecasting; this is a game changer of a role for an ambitious, driven and gifted finance professional. In order to be considered for this role, you will need to give compelling evidence of your ability in these areas.

• Expenses management
• Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Journals
• VAT returns
• Bank reconciliations
• Cashflow Projections
• VAT reconciliation & return experience
• Intercompany recharges
• Preparation of month-end financial reports

You will need to be IT savvy, with good experience of using SAGE accounting software and Microsoft Office Excel......Excel will be an essential tool; you will need to be highly competent with spreadsheets as well as adventurous with other functions such as Pivot Tables and V-lookups.
