Staff Accountant Responsibilities:

Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger and subsidiary accounts
Calculate and prepare reimbursement billings and track receivables; reconcile monthly accounts receivable
Assist in preparing the monthly, quarterly and annual budget
Assist with the fiscal year-end and fixes asset accounting

The Ideal Candidate:

Will have 3+ years of general accounting or staff accounting experience
Will have knowledge of reconciling accounts, records, reports and journals
Will have advanced excel knowledge
Can maintain accounting records for special projects with the highest level of accuracy
