Stable and growing company located north of Denver is looking to add two sharp Accounts Payable Specialists to their team!
One role is located in Boulder and the other is located in Platteville.
The Accounts Payable Specialists will report to the Accounting Manager at their location.
The Accounts Payable Specialists will work within a team of 5 in accounts payable.Accounts Payable Specialist Duties:
- high volume, full cycle accounts payable processing in SAP Concur
- 3-way matching
- process expense reports
- manage the accounts payable inbox
- accruals
- reconcile the A/P subledger to the general ledger
- vendor communication
- potential to cross-train with other Accounts Payable Specialists, as well as accounts receivableAccounts Payable Specialist Skills and Experience:
- 2-4 years of accounts payable experience
- experience with 3-way matching
- intermediate Excel skills
- any experience with SAP Concur is a plus!Hours for Accounts Payable Specialist are Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 (with flexibility) in a business-casual environment (jeans are okay!)
