Accounts Payable Manager

Job Description:

• Develop Processes and Procedures for all accounts payable functions
• Manage a small team and develop training procedures for future growth
• Own the Travel and Expense program, research and reconcile past transactional data
• Develop system processes end to end, manage payment terms, discounts, and cash flow management
• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• Process check requests, respond to all vendor inquiries, and 1099 maintenance accordingly
• Perform other duties as requested by management

Desired Skill Set

• Bachelor's degree in Business (emphasis in accounting) or relevant experience
• Management or Supervisor experience in Account Payables
• 1099 experience is required
• Small and Large Company experience would be ideal
• Must have strong analytical skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong Excel skills (V Lookup, Pivot Tables, Add-Ins)
