Our client works with a varied, professional client base, ensure that each clients business/bookkeeping needs are met in an efficient and professional manner. If you are interested and experienced in a fast paced environment working with a variety of clients please read on!

You will be responsible for a broad range of Bookkeeping tasks including but not limited to:
  • Accounts receivable/payable
  • Prepare Profit and Loss and Balance Sheets using Xero
  • End to end payroll processing and reconciliations including superannuation, payroll tax and WorkCover
  • Month and year-end bank, payroll and GST reconciliations
  • Preparation of BAS/ IAS statements for review and lodgement
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients


Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
  • XERO, Excel, Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill

  • Self motivated, system and process focused individual
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work well within a team, as well as independently.


Our Bookkeeper role is a full-time position, however, we are a flexible organisation so open to part-time hours and/or school hours to enable work-life balance for the right candidate.
