About the Role

The Business Advisory division are seeking a proactive and driven Strategic Outsourcing Supervisor to join the Strategic Outsourcing Team. They are a dynamic close knit team of 10 that provide outsourced Accounting services to a broad range of Australian and international clients across various industries, with a heavy focus on automation, value add services and client relationships.

This is a Supervisor position responsible for day to day review, training and leadership of 4 junior team members' work and:

• Development and implementation of standard procedures and work papers
• High level processing and calculations - Accruals, prepayments etc.
• Detailed month end review
• Preparation of month end reporting packages
• Assistance and preparation of budget, forecast and analytical reporting
• Day to day liaison with clients
• Assistance with the roll out of new technology and applications
• Assistance with fee proposals and engagement letters
• Management of staff resources and job allocations
• Day to day processing when required
• Review of client WIP and monthly billings
• Review of internal and external procedures to efficiencies and accuracies in processes are best practice, mainly through technology solutions
• Tracking client deadlines and targets are met

About You

Above all, we are looking for someone who is genuinely motivated to progress their career within a public practice accounting firm with 3+ years' experience in a similar position.

• Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Professional Accounting
• Goal oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Passionate about personal and professional growth
• Able to manage time and various tasks at once in a fast-paced environment
• Invested in driving value add services to clients
• Experience using Xero, MYOB and other Cloud Accounting programs
