Finance Executive (ERP Implementation)
Job Description
An executive in this job role assists managers to implement ERP especially finance and procurement etc.; identify requirements of internal customers, able to identify gap analysis, convert final processes into visual flow diagram, liaison and coordinate with teams for the same.
PSW will prefer a candidate with excellent creative and communication skills especially written; able to present complex ideas with brevity into few simple visuals, infographics, graphs, tables; power point presentation etc.
Besides above, being a \'Finance Executive\', he may be able to assist managers on need basis with wide variety of accounting forms, documents, policies, procedures, reports, presentations, systems\' processes and flow diagrams etc.

Major Responsibilities:
- Lead ERP implementation especially financial, assets, procurement etc.
- Manage expectation gap i.e., take ERP team for changes, improvement and expectations of PSW
- Communication, coordination, follow ups with departments.
- Testing ERP implementation phases with requirements of internal customers.
- Champion ERP and be the focal point of post implementation training etc.
- Any other task assigned by management.
Required Skillset:
- Relevant skills and knowledge of lnformation and Communication Technology (lCT), complimentary with accounting, finance, analytical and numerical proficiency with above average interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Required Experience & Education:
- Three to four (03-04) years\' hands-on relevant experience is necessary in either case i.e., in case of relevant IT/ERP certification or master degree and in case of professional certification where a person undergoes mandatory training, he/she must also have 03- 04 years relevant ERP exposure
- Preferably (full or partial) relevant lT/ERP Certifications and/or Professional certification like CA, ACCA, ICMA or Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics and other similar discipline.
