SALESFORCE MARKETING CLOUD BUSINESS ANALYST
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) BA, you will bring considerable functional and product and scrum expertise to deliver world-class SFMC-based solutions to clients. You will be part of a dynamic leadership team that will be responsible for driving SFMC technical and functional solutions at client sites. The projects that you will lead would allow you the opportunity to work with some of the most in-demand and newest features of SFMC such as CDP, Interaction Studio, CDP, Datorama etc.

Work You'll Do
. Understanding client business and technical requirements
. Practicing Scrums in project delivery, write user story, coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
. Work in conjunction with different parties to conceptualize and propose solution approaches
. Work with architecture and application development team members to ensure a clear understanding of the requirements
. Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute the business plans
. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and task and workflow analysis for major and minor projects
. Plan and implement analytics to projects for different clients with tasks including but not limited to data tracking, tag management, data visualization, reporting & analysis and developing insights & recommendation
. Transform data to insights for business development, strategies, or optimization approaches
. Generate business requirements and use cases/user stories which documents business needs - BRD/URSFRS, E2E project plan, Installation qualification (IQ), Functional testing (OQ), Design verification(DV), Architecture design document (ADD), solution design document (SDD) , Train the Trainer (TTT) , rules and details
. Identify and document constraints, assumptions and risks associated with business requirements
. Create analysis of customer journeys and product functionality and define and design journeys based on marketing automation requirement
. Facilitate the change lead on change management
. Facilitate the production deployment
. Organize the post go-live verification
. Document gaps in projects whilst providing potential solutions
. Prepare business case
. Collaborate with internal IT teams or 3rd party vendors on planned releases, operation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure positive outcomes and user experience
. Conduct QA, System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing
. Maintain timely communications to business stakeholders throughout the project life cycle to ensure common understanding of the requirements and the impact to the business area
. Assist in end-to-end pre-sales activities including RFP's/RFI and leading workshops and demo's for clients
PREFERRED
. Agile experience and digital experience preferred (e.g. Digital Transformation, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, O2O Digital Channels, etc.)
. Experience in marketing automation platforms, marketing clouds, CRM, ad platforms, data modelling or A/B & multivariate testing methodologies is a plus
. Proficiency and hands on experience in the Jira/Confluence environment
. Understanding or exposure to SFMC basic components (Mobile Connect, Email Studio, Journey Builder, Social Studio, Advertising Studio, MC Connect)
. Experience with other marketing technologies and analytics tools (i.e. Adobe, Oracle, Sprinklr, Google, etc.)
. Knowledge of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, preferred but not required
. Strong communication skills (interactions with executive clients and sponsors)
. SFDC, Pardot, Trailhead Ranger, SFMC certifications (Email Specialist, Developer, Consultant, Admin, Accredited Interaction Studio, Accredited CDP, Advanced Cross Channel, Accredited Datorama Associate) is a plus
. Knowledge on sectors - Banking and Financial Services, Automobile, Pharma, Life Sciences , Tyre , Retail is a plus
. Exposure working with foreign clients from Canada, US, SEA and APAC is a plus
. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA), Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) is a plus
QUALIFICATION
. Four-Year Bachelor's Degree
. 5-8 years of relevant experience in Business Analyst and/or Digital Data Analytics role, preferably in a consulting environment
. Hands-on platform experience on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and/or other marketing automation platforms.
. Great communicator, capable of articulating and collaborating confidently with various departments
. Excellent knowledge of Agile / Scrum techniques
