The Client:

My client has seen significant growth in the last 12 months due to some strategic partnerships and acquisitions. Operating in the manufacturing industry this business is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer for their Brisbane Office. This role will be a temporary role initially and will go permanent for the right person.

The Role:


  • Manage key customer accounts including reconciliation and dispute resolution;

  • High volume, daily allocations and receipting;

  • Invoice raising and credit adjustments;

  • Reconciliation of multiple high volume bank accounts; and

  • Additional ad-hoc duties as required.



About You:


  • Experience in a medium to large sized organisation;

  • It is essential that you have strong Excel experience, ability to use VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables;

  • Ideally you will have strong reconciliations skills;

  • Strong investigation and stakeholder management skills;

  • Team focused attitude; and

  • Strong customer service skills.
