Key Responsibilities : 1 Understand the functional flow of applications 2 Work with client partners to gather requirements and document them in TFS 3 Work with client partners during client onboarding 4 Triage bugs with the Support team during the initial onboarding of the client
Technical Experience : 1 MS Office 2 Cloud based tools like TFS 3 Understanding of Agile methodology
Professional Attributes : 1 Excellent written and oral communications 2 Eager to learn new things 3 Good team player and takes ownership of tasks assigned
Educational Qualification : any degree
