Audit Executive
Location:
NoidaShift Hours: Night Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM)
Duration - Full Time/ Permanent
o Managing and delivering audits per the annual Audit plan
o Manage the audit engagements - staffing, feedback and development
o Implement high standards of quality
o Perform multiple audit assignments simultaneously
o Anticipate engagement issues and take appropriate measures to resolve
o Prepare and maintain documentation of the audit work / results in accordance with audit workflow system
o Working closely and sharing audit outcome with manager and tracking issue remediation for effective closure
o Perform data analysis to provide meaningful inferences and identify key risk area
o Perform advanced, specialized and/or managerial auditing work in multiple disciplines.
o Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
o Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc
o Prepare and present reports that reflect audit's results and document process
o Ensuring that all suppliers are meeting the compliance requirement and documents received by them are properly audited.
o Sending weekly, monthly and quarterly surveys to the suppliers or engaging managers.
o Keep a track of the survey response received.
o Should have proper knowledge of Microsoft office.
Education and Experience:
o Bachelor's Degree required
o At least 3 years of proven experience in vendor risk management or vendor program management supporting a global enterprise
o At least 3 years of experience in risk management or related control discipline such as audit or compliance.
o Proven leadership skills demonstrating sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
o Experience with working independently on multiple assignments or engagements
o Strong PC skills, including Word and Excel
o Excellent communication, relationship building and strategic planning skills.
