Reporting to the Finance Manager, and managed by the Senior Accounts Payable Supervisor, this position is responsible for managing the Accounts Payable function for the Unilodge Group and its associated entities. In a rapidly growing high-volume business, this role requires the successful candidate to deliver a consistent, accurate and high-quality service.

About the Role
  • Manage the day to day full function high volume accounts payable duties
  • Prepare and coordinate supplier payment runs on a weekly basis, across multiple bank accounts in Australia and New Zealand
  • Manage a central email box, for all invoices/queries across 60+ properties
  • Reconcile supplier statements in conjunction with clearing the aged creditor report
  • Liaise with both suppliers and the business, responding to their queries
  • New Supplier set ups and maintaining the Supplier master file
  • Processing of Petty Cash claims for both Australia and New Zealand
  • Providing ongoing support to the Finance team in relation to account queries
About You
  • Previous experience in an Accounts Payable similar role
  • Experience with multiple databases and complex inter-company
  • Competent in dealing with high volumes of invoices and queries
  • Strong attention to detail & Intermediate Microsoft Excel capability
  • Experience with OCR technology and automated Accounts Payable systems
  • Experience in Microsoft Business Central & online business banking platforms (desirable)
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills effective with all stakeholders
  • National Police Check (required)
