About the Role
**12 month contract**

Our Business Analyst is a critical role and is a key part of delivering an outstanding service to our Clients. Its critical our teams have comprehensive processes and workflows in place to ensure optimal delivery of services to our clients. Based in Sydney CBD and reporting to the Head of PMO, this role partners with the business and our clients to understand their requirements and produce processes that make our people and clients lives easier.

Key responsibilities
  • Business Analyst lead for key business projects including transitions and system updates
  • Re-engineering systems and performing system upgrades
  • Requirements gathering and interpretation of business systems into actions
  • Partner with our IT team to ensure critical delivery of systems
  • Designing and implementing processes and procedures
  • Ongoing post implementation support of processes, workflows and systems
  • Provide subject matter expertise for reporting and data sources
  • Developing test cases
About You
This role would suit an experienced Business Analyst with 3 or more years' experience in the financial services industry in funds administration and unit registry. You will bring to the role business analysis expertise and a strong commitment to problem solving and delivering client solutions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with concurrent projects will see you thrive in this role.
