A fast growing multinational digital marketing group is looking for a management accountant to join their global accounts team. Duties are as follows:

• Maintaining accurate and timely accounting records for group subsidiaries.
• Preparing books of accounts till trial balance level.
• Preparing and recording sales invoices.
• Running credit control to ensure timely payments of customers.
• Making arrangements for supplier invoices to be authorized by division heads and thereafter arranging them for the payment run.
• Assisting finance manager in supplier payment runs in order to ensure timely payments to the suppliers.
• Assisting finance manager in managing various group reporting deadlines.
• Assisting finance manager in group audits.
• Follow group internal control policies and suggesting improvements where required.
• Other adhoc tasks as given by the finance manager and group CFO.

Requirements:

• ACCA or other similar accounting bodies is a must.
• Excellent English (speaking and writing) skill is a must.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in the similar role in an industry environment is a must.
• Attention to detail.
• Working experience on XERO would be an added advantage.

Package:

• Salary up to 70,000 depending upon experience.
