This role will provide a key bridge between the numbers and the business while helping inform key strategic decisions moving forward.
My client is looking for someone with fresh ideas who is not afraid of getting hands on when needed whilst managing and mentoring the junior staff. They will also be a key team member in the upcoming equity raise.

Description
* Supervision of the Accounts Executive
* Responsibility for accurate and timely month end close incorporating a simple two-
company consolidation
* Preparation of financial forecasts
* Main point of contact for year- end audit
* Key team member in upcoming equity raise
* Compilation and management of data room
* Supporting financial modelling efforts to underpin business plan
* Analysis of future funding structures ranging from long term debt to working capital
funding for product manufacture and sale
* Margin analysis and contribution to initiatives to optimise unit economics
* Modelling of cost/ revenues for proposed future products and services
Profile
Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) - Ideally 2 years post qual
Competent financial modeller - strong excel skills also desired
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Excellent communicator
Not afraid to get hands on when required as role is often very varied.
