The Role Responsibilities
1. MONITORING & REPORTING
. Support the ET Refinement Forum in setting up an appropriate governance and reporting the monthly financials for ET Projects
. Ensure Clarity is up to date including resource and finance forecasts
. Create periodic and ad hoc reports
2. FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
. Drive financial discipline in project budgeting, forecasting and expenditure. Provide guidance on financial management policies, processes and standards and ensure all projects in the portfolio are compliant.
. Ensure financials (Actual and Forecast) are updated in Clarity by Project Managers, in line with the stipulated operating rhythm.
. Deliver / drive Project Managers to deliver:
(i) Detailed project financials including dedicated resource costs (business, function, ITO, external) per key deliverable.
(ii) Quality forecasts monitoring of actuals vs. forecast accruals.
(iii) Finalising financials at project closure.
. Drive 100% timesheet submissions. Monitor and report on timesheet submissions, recoveries and forecasts across the portfolio, ensuring team members understand the importance of these tasks and adhere to deadlines.
. Support the Refinement Forum in

maintaining a strong GL control, reconciliation and substantiation environment
ensuring the accuracy and validity of the transactions booked in the cost centres.
RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
. Establish an effective resource allocation and escalation process, using Clarity to allocate, track and prioritise resources. Manage, track and report on olol
resource allocations and bookings and
resource assignments and utilisation
. Manage, strengthen, and guide the team on resource management (planning/forecasting, approvals, sourcing, allocations, capacity management, onboarding/offboarding).
. Proactively identify and resolve potential resource issues / conflicts across the portfolio.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group&rsquos Values and Code of Conduct.
Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
