Description

Accounts Receivable - Project Manager

• Lead the project to create a robust Debt Management Process and Team.
• Review the entire Order to Cash cycle for each business unit.
• Deliver a plan which identifies the root cause of all revenue and collections issues with an action plan for the permanent resolution of the issues.
• Review status of all existing debt over 60 Days overdue and bring collection issues to a conclusion.
• Identify and action steps needed to remediate these debtor balances within the 1st month of the project.
• Areas of focus to include but not limited to:
• Billing systems
• Billing processes/control
• Tax/vat compliance process/control
• Collection's processes/control
• Cash allocations processes/control
• Review of Client Credit Terms
• Aged debt processes/control
• System issues and staffing challenges (including training needs)
• Delivering a standard monthly Debt Reporting Package with KPI management
• Improving the Collections Team performance
• Lead the project to Implement the Credit Hound Debt Management Tool. Develop processes, procedures and reporting which will integrate this tool into the core system for Debt control and management
• Team Supervision - Coaching and support the team ensuring
• Clear role specifications
• Individuals have targets set are meeting these targets
• Individuals have individual development plans
• Ensure all team members adhere to the accounting principles, processes and controls.

Profile

A succesful candidate will have experience with the above & be available on short notice

Job Offer

Salary £45,000 - £52,500

Parking + short commute from East Croydon station
