Accounts Receivable Officer| Act as the initial financial contact point for all Customer queries| 6 Months fixed term contract

MAYDAY is recruiting for an Accounts Receivable officer to work with a rapidly growing Telecommunications company based in Perth (Geraldton)

• Hours: 8.30-5.30pm no overtime required

Your role will include the following responsibilities:

• Generating and send out invoices to customers
• Maintain company billing system and performing account reconciliations
• Resolving payment discrepancies or irregularities
• Managing customer account enquires
• Processing accounts adjustments

Ideal candidates will have the following attributes:

• Available for an immediate start date
• Ability to use initiative and work autonomously
• Experience working as an Accounts Receivable Officer
• Loves working in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
