Senior Associate, Private Company Services (Multiple Positions)

Senior Associate, Private Company Services (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Los Angeles, CA. Provide tax advice on the wide array of tax matters faced by private companies throughout the business cycle. Focus on the audit, tax compliance and planning to help improve their operational efficiency. Assist private companies make strategic decisions throughout the business cycle to improve cash flow and increase owners’ wealth accumulation. Assist with engagements, balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues. Participate in client discussions and meetings.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.  

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Taxation, Business Administration, or a related field, plus two (2) years of related work experience.

Must have at least 1 year of experience with each of the following:

• Implementing private company accounting and audit practices in accordance to audit standards, firm audit methodology and guidance;
• Comprehensive technical skills with FAS 109 and compliance to assist with identifying and addressing client needs;
• Assisting client with actively participating in client discussions and meetings; and
• Demonstrating technical accounting and financial reporting standards.

Travel up to 20% of the time is required.
