Tax Manager, International Tax Services (Multiple Positions)

Tax Manager, International Tax Services (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Dallas, TX. Provide tax strategy, planning, compliance and accounting services to companies with international operations. Assist multinational businesses achieve their business goals in a tax efficient manner. Formulate effective and tax-efficient cross-border strategies for companies with US and overseas investments to manage their global structural tax rate. Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax requirements. Respond to inquiries from regulatory authorities. Coach and mentor staff. Build and maintain networks of client relationships.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Tax, Law or a related field plus five years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Tax, Law or a related field, plus three years of related work experience.

Certification(s) Required: US CPA License or foreign equivalent, Enrolled Agent or Member of the Bar. 

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

• Conducting corporate tax research, compliance and consulting within an international tax environment;
• Identifying the tax impact of company operations and transactions in multiple jurisdictions;
• Assisting with identifying and addressing client needs; and
• Preparing tax plans and legal memoranda.

Travel up to 20% is required.
