Ledgent F&A is looking for a versatile Accounting Assistant to join a growing real estate group. This position would support the Accounting Manager and owner with both AP and AR duties. The ideal candidate will have at least (2) years of accounting experience and be comfortable with the following:

Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Assist with incoming calls and emails on accounting related matters
- Assist receptionist with incoming calls when needed
- Maintain client database of owner information
- Scanning and maintaining office file system
- Process violation letters
- Process sale and lease applications
- 2+ years of Accounting experience
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting programs
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
