Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities • Review invoices and check requests • sort and match invoices and check requests • set invoices up for payment • assist in weekly vendor payments • reconciliation of payments • prepare analysis of accounts • monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date • resolve invoice discrepancies • correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries • produce monthly reports • assist in month end closing • monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities • follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc. • prepare bank deposits • investigate and resolve customer queries • process adjustments • credit card entry, reconciliation set-up payments • prepare PO?s for Management • Prepare custom invoices for Oman • Year-end 1099?s • Prepare and file tax returns • reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts • general ledger operations • prepare journal entries • assist with monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements • prepare documentation for external auditors • assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable • assist with tax computations and returns • recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue • account/bank reconciliations • assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures Education and Experience • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required Email resume's to Elizabeth at emaldonado(@)appleone.com for immediate consideration AppleOne is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
