We are hiring 2 AP/AR specialist for our client in Mesa immediately!

Job Description -

• Issue receipts to customers on receipt of payments
• Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data
• Supporting the month end process
• Generating month end reports

We are looking to hire and start candidates ASAP.

Job Requirements:

1. 3+ years of AR/AP experience

2. Experience uploading tickets, email, E-pay, etc.

3. Experience working w/ lock box (Computer software)

4. Good working experience w/ Excel

5. Microsoft Outlook - must be able to work in and out of Outlook
