RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is seeking an AR/Shared Services Manager to join their team in Newmarket, NH. This client is in the waste management industry with a commitment to protecting the environment. This company is experiencing a high level of growth. They have a tight knit team with long-term tenure. This company offers state of the art amenities including a gym, stocked kitchen and complimentary beverages. Their dress code is business casual and they provide lunch 3 days per week. They also offer a great benefits package that includes healthcare coverage, flexible spending, 401K plan and match, employee assistance program, etc. This role will be fully in office. Responsibilities will include:
  • AR/Shared Services Manager will lead accounts receivable operations
  • Supervise invoice billing and cash posting
  • Perform closing processes
  • Perform reconciliations
  • AR/Shared Services Manager will analyze data and identify trends
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Train and develop staff
  • Maintain reporting, forecasting and metrics
  • AR/Shared Services Manager will identify process improvements


Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field
  • Experience managing or leading an AR or shared services team
  • System implementation experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
