About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a well-rounded Accounts Receivable professional to join the One Rail team. Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, you will work with a diverse range of clients in a supportive team environment. This role is customer driven with a focus on systems analysis and investigation.

You will have previous experience in an accounts receivable role and have strong knowledge of front-end data collection and invoice preparation. You will be systems focussed, customer service driven and have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deep dive into resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare monthly customer invoices including the collation of information for invoicing.
- Follow up outstanding debtors and perform reconciliation tasks.
- Investigate issues raised by customers.
- Understand and own intermodal billing process, including billing rate structure.
- Forecast and manage cash receipts.
About You:
You will have previous experience in an accounts receivable role and have strong knowledge of front-end data collection and invoice preparation. You will be systems focussed, customer service driven and have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deep dive into resolving issues.
Essential:
- Minimum 10 years previous experience in an accounts receivable role.
- Professional, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact and communicate with all levels in the organization.
- High attention to detail.
- Innovative approach to work.
- Proven experience working with high volumes of data.
- Strong knowledge of front-end accounts receivable processes.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
