If you are an experienced, self-driven and highly organised Accounts Payable Officer this role is a perfect fit. Based at our office in Wayville.
The Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team in a full time position.

Responsibilities include:
  • Performing end-to-end accounts payable;
  • Matching, coding, processing and scheduling payment of invoices;
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements and credit cards;
  • Responding to AP requests and mail received in the Accounts Payable department;
  • Liaising with internal requestors, external suppliers, the Finance team and Accounts Receivable;
  • Liaising with operational colleagues on AP and Purchase Order issues;
  • Adhoc support to the Finance team.
To fulfill the requirements of this role you will be a professional, enthusiastic individual with attention to detail and a high level of commitment to customer service and delivering results.

Role requirements:
  • Prior experience in Accounts Payable, working knowledge of Sage Intacct advantageous;
  • Experience with high volumes of invoicing;
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem solving skills;
  • Proficient computer skills; including basic Microsoft Excel;
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
  • High level of motivation and initiative.
