Our client, Vandervert Developments, LLC in Spokane, WA, has a career opportunity for a highly motivated individual as their Controller. This position is responsible for managing the organization’s accounting functions to include financial statements, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, CAM recovery setup and CAM reconciliations along with other duties as assigned. This position works closely with all team members.

Qualifications include a Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting with four plus years of experience in the accounting field. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of accounting principles and practices along with ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and technical skills are essential to this position along with property management industry experience. CPA designation a plus.
