Our client, a National Market Leader, providing products and services across a niche market have a rare opportunity for a part-time Accounts Officer in a newly created position. You will be joining a close-knit and supportive Finance team.

The Role

• Full function Accounts Payable processing
• Processing employee expenses and credit card reconciliations
• Set up of new suppliers
• Dealing with internal and external supplier queries
• Full function Accounts Receivable
• Banking, receipting and allocating payments
• Processing Billing and Bank reconciliations

About You
The successful applicant will have/be;

• Experienced in Payables and Receivables
• Strong reconciliation experience
• A keen eye for detail and well-developed organisational skills
• Strong ERP system experience and intermediate Excel
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• Seeking Part-time opportunities only (approx 23 hours per week)
• A team player with a positive and professional approach
