Our client is a growing construction company with offices throughout Australia. Due to ongoing success and expansion, they have a newly created role for an experienced Junior Accountant/ Accounts Officer to join the team.
Responsibilities
Assist with AP/AR reporting and review,
Assist with reporting and reconciliations,
Financial statement review and balance sheet checks,
Financial data and reports review within Netsuite,
Participate in month-end finance administration,
Liaise with PM's, Banks, suppliers, and third-party stakeholders,
Liaise with offshore transactions team,
Adhoc finance administration projects as required by the Finance Manager.
Requirements
3-5 years finance & accounts administration experience gained within a project environment,
Project accounting knowledge or exposure,
Experience in Financial Accounting, month-end financial administration, & reconciliations,
Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders,
Bachelor Degree or CPA/CA part or fully qualified,
Working knowledge of Netsuite or similar system is an advantage.
